The chopsticks are beautifully done, and we can't wait to share them with our guests. A mock-up image was provided very quickly after we submitted our order - the engraving is lovely, and the silk slips add an elegant touch!
I was a COVID bride and wore this dress for our wedding photo shoot a year after the wedding. I was 8 weeks pregnant and we turned our wedding photos into a pregnancy baby reveal!
The dress and hairpin I received were both absolutely stunning, and east meets dress were so helpful in getting the hairpin to me early, along with the dress, even though the estimated shipping time was a lot farther out.
I’d definitely recommend getting the custom if you have the time, or potentially sizing down if you have a smaller chest, because the chest sizing is quite unforgiving but the rest of the material is stretchy so there’s more room in the hips and waist. The chest definitely was a bit too large for me, but nothing a push up bra can’t fix!
The order of this jacket for my husband. He really like it did and he pointed how comfortable it was. The color was really beautiful and he make a really nice contrast on the wedding photos. I would suggest don’t leave extra space while submitting the measurements as the design of the jackets it’s already “wide” enough.
I love my dress I was looking for a traditional style, and this one was perfect. They have a great customer service, and they help me select the right size for my dress, and even though the size I ordered was not the best the process to exchange it for a better one was very easy!

Sent direct measurements but final product was at least 3 sizes too big. Shoulders were very uneven and puffy, no taper at all at the waist.
Loving this dress. However the armpit/arm area is really tight. Do not recommend for people with large arms. For reference I’m 5ft4, curvy body type and about 150lbs. I got 2XL. I do however have larger arms than most people my size but I still think even for the general public, the armpit area is tight. The dress length lands right at my ankles. The dress is a bit stretchy and forgiving so I’m able to sit down with ease.
It's unique and I love it so much! But it just didn't quite match the style of my dress. The color did match really well. I have more time before my wedding so if I don't find anything else I might purchase this and get it altered so the designs match better. My neck is ~35cm and as recommended I added 2cm so I got M. But it was exact. So if you don't prefer fitted, size up.
I needed hair pins on very short notice for my wedding and contacted customer service. Got a response really quickly and they made sure my rush order went through (for an additional fee)! I loved the hair pins — lovely design, great quality, delicate design.

The dress is beautiful and fits perfectly! East Meets Dress was the best experience and they were so accommodating! The dress is mostly as pictured although what I thought was a more silver thread turned out to be more of a sky blue. Overall, dress is perfect and I cannot wait to wear it!
The colors of the flowers on the dress are much brighter and more pastel-y than the pictures online.

Material is a lot stretchier/elasticky than expected, but the quality seems great. Bought the ready to ship and received it within a week (I'm in NYC). Looks as expected and fits as expected given the measurements on their website. I have wide shoulders and like a rectangle shape body so it's a little loose in the stomach hips and fits perfectly in this shoulder. I got the largest size and typically I wear size 12/14 tops and dresses and 10/12 bottoms, 36D. The neck is a little tight (I have a wide neck).
I can't say enough about how East Meets Dress brought my vision to life. I wanted a wedding dress that would capture my experience being Chinese American, and wanted something in my favorite color: yellow! My husband also bought a matching tie and it was the perfect accessory and compliment to my dress. Everyone thought we were gorgeous!
